When will the Digital Gift Card be delivered?
STURDIS Digital Gift Cards are electronically delivered to the recipient's email address. Digital Gift Cards, or eGift Cards, are ideal as they are instantly delivered without having to wait for the conventional transit delivery time. If you or your recipient are having trouble with locating your Digital Gift Card, check your email spam folder or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will the gift card expire?
STURDIS Digital Gift Cards do not expire, are not redeemable for cash, and are not reloadable.
Can the Digital Gift Card be sent to the recipient at a certain date?
If you would like for the Digital Gift Card to be sent to your family or friend at a particular date in time, we recommend that you fill out your contact information on the email address so that you can forward it to them at the desired time.
How do I use the Digital Gift Card once it's been purchased?
You or your recipient will be sent the Digital Gift Card via email. From there, you will be able to follow a link that will provide a unique code. This unique code can be entered at checkout and is not case sensitive.
The Digital Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
Unless specified differently on the product page, we dispatch our products between 1 to 2 business days. This means that you should expect your product to arrive between 3 to 5 business days, however, please note with the current COVID-19 situation that the estimated delivery times may be subject to delays.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
At STURDIS, we offer a full money back guarantee within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) within this timeframe, you can return the product and subject to us confirming it is returned within the acceptable reason(s), we will provide you with a full refund.
Acceptable Reasons for Return
Acceptable reasons for the return of our products are where the product is found to be:
- Missing Parts
- Containing major imperfections in colour consistency
Failure to review and ask necessary information prior to purchase (for example, about dimensions, colour, weight, or loading capacity) is not an acceptable reason.
In the event that the product is delivered containing one or more of the acceptable reasons listed above, you are required to notify us within 10 business days of having received the product.
Where you request for money back, you need to contact us immediately, detailing the reason(s) for returning the product(s). We will require photo(s) and a clear description of the issue with the product which needs to be consistent with the list of acceptable reasons provided above.
We will work with you to organize a pickup of the product at a scheduled time. We will cover the shipping cost to return the product back to us. Once the product is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a refund within 24 hours.
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not accept returns delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
Change of Mind
In the event you do change your mind and the product is in as new condition, you can return the product under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used or assembled.
- You will pay for the return postage. The refund will only be the amount originally paid.
- The product upon return is inspected and is found to be as new or in the original condition it was sent. This includes packaging.
No Proof of Acceptable Reason
We will not accept returns where you do not or will not provide sufficient proof of the acceptable reasons for the return of our products as listed above. Sufficient proof needs to be in the form of clear photo(s) and description of the issue(s) found.
General Return Advice
We strongly recommend where an issue is found with the product, that you seek our assistance before making any decision to disassemble and/or pack the product.
Spare Parts and Replacement
Where you wish to keep the product and prefer to receive replacement part(s) resulting from damage or manufacturing fault, please ask us for spare parts before considering returning the entire product.
If the damage or fault affects no more than 30% of the assembly parts, we will only replace the damaged or faulty parts, otherwise we will replace the entire product at our cost.
